National Park Facilities : Equipped with bed sheets, pillow cases, mattress, common toilet & showers and cooking facilities.
Items to bring : Camera, Binoculars, Flat shoes with good gripping-soles, torch light ( Suggested head lamp ), Insect repellent, raincoat, own drinking bottle & first aid kit.

Day 01

Kubah National Park
Pick up from City Hotel then proceed for birding at Kubah National Park. The Park is situated on a sandstone plateau, mostly covered by mixed dipterocarp forest which interspersed with patches of scrub & unusually rich area of Kerangas forest, is the home of mammals, birds & many species of reptiles and amphibians. Upon arrival, aim to spot endemic species like Blue-banded pitta, Bornean blue-flycatcher, Yellow-rumped flowerpecker, Bornean Black-magpie & etc. Meanwhile, aim to spot resident birds like Red-bearded bee-eater, Raffles’s malkoha, Red-naped trogan, Diard’s trogon, Scarlet-rumped trogon, Rufous-backed kingfisher, Rufous-collared kingfisher, Blue-banded kingfisher, White-crowned hornbill, Red-throated barbet, Rufous piculet, Buff-necked woodpecker, Grey-&-buff woodpecker, Maroon woodpecker, Banded broadbill, Green Broadbill, Grey-bellied bulbul, Chestnut-naped Forktail, White-rumped shama, Grey-headed babbler, Rufous-crowned babbler, Scaly-crowned babbler, White-necked Babbler, Brown fulvetta, Large-billed blue-flycatcher, Spotted fantail, Asian paradise flycatcher, Grey-breasted jungle-flycatcher, Mangrove whistle, Scarlet-breasted flowerpecker, Crimson sunbird, Bronzed drongo, Crested jay & etc. Lunch by own expenses. After lunch, continue for birding in the National Park for more resident birds. Dinner by own expenses. After dinner, proceed for night walk & aim to spot Reddish Scops-owl, Barred eagle-owl, Sunda scops-owl, Brown Hawk Owl, Sunda frogmouth & etc. Overnight stay at Kubah National Park

Day 02

Kubah National Park - Bako National Park
After breakfast, continue for birding in the National Park and aim to spot more resident birds.
Afternoon check out then transfer to Bako National Park.Upon arrival at Bako Jetty, take a 20 minutes boat ride to the Park, It’s the oldest and one of the most popular national parks in Sarawak, offers the perfect introduction to Sarawak’s forest and wildlife. It contains a wide range of vegetation – peat swamp forest, scrub-like padang vegetation, mangrove forest, dipterocarp forest, delicate cliff vegetation, beach vegetation & Kerangas forest , and also full of jungle streams, waterfalls, interesting plant life, trekking trails and coastlines covered with small bays, coves and beaches. Visitors can see wildlife such as Proboscis monkey, Silver langur, Long-tailed macaques, Bearded pigs, Monitor lizards, Flying lemur & etc.
Birding in the afternoon and aim to spot Velvet-fronted nuthatch, Stork-billed kingfisher, Ruddy kingfisher, Common flameback, White-bellied woodpecker, Black-& Red broadbill, Red-crowned barbet, Mangrove Blue Flycatcher, White-chested babbler, Abbott’s Babbler, Bold-striped tit-babbler, Ruby-cheeked sunbird, Pink-necked Green pigeon, Lesser cuckoo-shrike, Scarlet minivet, Asian fairy bluebird, White-rumped shama, & etc. Dinner by own expense, after dinner, proceed for night walk and aim to spot Sunda Scops Owl, Buffy Fish Owl, Oriental Bay Owl & etc. Overnight stay at Bako National Park.

Day 03

Bako National Park - Semenggoh Nature Reserve - Borneo Highlands
0630hrs After breakfast, continue for birding & aim to spot more resident birds. Afternoon, check out then proceed for lunch by own expenses. After lunch, transfer to Semenggoh Nature Reserve & aim to spot Black-bellied Malkoha, Red-crowned Barbet, Hooded Pitta, Black-&-Yellow Broabill, Green Broadbill, Banded Broadbill & etc. Continue journey to Borneo Highlands. Dinner by own expenses. After dinner, proceed for night walk & aim to spot Bornean Frogmouth, Oriental Bay Owl, Barred eagle-owl & etc. Overnight at Club House.

Day 04

Borneo Highlands - Kuching
After breakfast, continue for birding & aim to spot more residents birds The Highland is sitting on the Penrissen Range, 1000 metres (3,300 feet) above sea level, offer a perfect blend of luxurious comfort and existing virgin rainforest, it spring like environment blessed with an astonishing varieties of flora and fauna, from the rich vegetation & lush sub-montane rainforest provides a great habitat for sub-montane species which you will unlikely encounter elsewhere.
Aim to spot endemic species like Blue banded-pitta, Bornean barbet, Pygmy white-eye, Chestnut-crested yuhina, Yellow-rumped flowerpecker , Dusky munia & etc.
Afternoon continue for birding and aim to spot resident birds like Blyth’s hawk eagle, Crested serpent eagle, Black-thighed Falconet, Rail Babbler, White-necked babbler, Eye-browed wren-babbler, Thick-billed pigeon, Little cuckoo dove, Red-billed malkoha, Chestnut-breasted malkoha, White-crowned hornbill, Brown barbet, Gold-whiskered barbet, Blue-eared barbet, Red-throated Barbet, Buff-rumped woodpecler, Large wood-shrike, Blue-winged leafbird, Cinereous bulbul, Ochraceous Bulbul, Black-headed bulbul, Scaly-breasted bulbul, Temminck’s babbler, Grey-throated babbler, Chestnut-backed scimitar babbler, Hill blue-flycatcher, Rufous-chested flycatcher, Verditer flycatcher, Maroon-breasted philentoma, Temminck’s sunbird, Grey-breasted spiderhunter, Spectacled spiderhunter, Everett’s white-eye, Ashy drongo & etc.
Late afternoon transfer back to Kuching or direct to Kuching International Airport for your departure flight.
